Confirmation & Payment:
Please note that you are about to make a provisional reservation, which will be kept for a maximum
of 14 days. This reservation will depend on the availability of the selected suites. The rates are
quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and do not include any Bank Charges or Foreign Currency
Conversion fees. Banking Fees and Administrative fees (5%) will be deducted from all refunds. We
kindly ask that each of our guests provide us with written confirmation to secure their reservation
within these 14 days, as Silvan reserves the right to cancel a reservation after this period. A 20%
non-refundable deposit is required along with the reservation and the full amount is payable 60 days
before your luxury safari experience at Silvan begins. A confirmation will be issued upon receipt of
the deposit. Should you make a reservation within 60 days before your intended arrival, a 100%
deposit is required.
Please note that during the Festive Season, that is 01 JANUARY– 15 JANUARY annually and 20 December
- 06 January annually, there is a three night minimum booking that is required and there will be no
arrivals and/or departures on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
